My husband and I just moved in the area. It was unfortunate that my filling came off at the end of a Fri, I left a message and still received a call fm Joyce before the dentistry closed for the week. She was able to get me an appt the following work day/week. I was really thankful just because my filling wasn’t a tiny one and it was sensitive. The whole process from arriving at the front desk to register to dental works to payment went on smooth & quick, I was in and out within 45 mins. Doc Nick was very professional and each time he did something, he would let me know beforehand. Candy, his assistant, on the other hand was very helpful and friendly from before Doc. Nick entered the room till payment-she walked me out to the payment counter. As I was also concern about the cost without insurance, I felt alright with the whole cost. I would definitely check on dental insurance which this dentistry accepts and continue using them. I have no complaints and would strongly recommend Koenigsknecht Dentistry.

I think dentists and all their people are a fine bunch of people. I just don’t especially like going to dentists, as a rule. BUT, Koenigsknecht Dentistry has always been and continues to be the absolute most best greatest place for teeth and the teeth’s people! I am so very, very glad that Dr. Don’s sins followed him in practice - not just professionally, but also personally. Through and through, everyone who works there represents the very best he modeled from the very beginning. Kudos to all!

I have Humana and they unfortunately do not accept Humana, however my share is 75% anyway so I don't plan on searching out a different dentist. I too happy there to leave for a mere 25%.

Dr. Schereris a no nonsense dentist! I had a food catcher crown that anything I ate I had to use my water pick! What I meant about no nonsense after the new crown came in it just wasn’t good enough for her standards! Letting me know she couldn’t put it in with good conscience apologizing for the inconvenience! Explained the issue and back to the lab to have a totally new crown made! Needless to say in a few weeks it was placed on the tooth fit like a charm! I always feel like they do a great job! The people are amazing and my appointments are always thorough. The only thing that could have been better this last time was that I had a consultation for Invisalign. My insurance doesn’t cover orthodontics, which I knew, but I thought the consultation would be free. I was a little taken back when I was charged $100 for the consultation. I wished that they had made me aware of that ahead of time. Perhaps tell future patients that there’s a fee.

I started my dental life with an unnamed dentist office in st johns because of a little hook in my left top front tooth... (Once my tongue found it I was hooked and how annoying is that....) Unnamed dentist: bite wings,.. Sure it's paid for been a minute., deep cleaning, also had been a moment, filling, I guess sounds OK, racked up a 200 bill, (filling) didn't tell me that my teeth might be sensitive after said cleaning. After filling, the only thing I wanted was to have a hook filed off or filled, did they fill that no.... They did not. Got up and walked away.... Koenigshnecht! : told them the issue, got me in, gave me sensodyne, and in two shakes of a lambs tail Dr. Jonathan koenigshnecht, had that baby smooth and charged me zero dollars and I'll be honest the 2years later out of pocket I've spent zero dollars outnof pocket and.... To boot, I'll say they know when to ask questions and time isn't an issue... Nothing like someone's hands in your mouth doing what they do asking life questions, well.... Tell your father thank you for raising you! Keep it up, I'm back on my father's birthday, @11 I believe Cyathen!

Our 9 year old daughter had crashed her dirt bike and knocked her tooth all the way out! We could not get ahold of our family dentist or any emergency dentist seeing it was Saturday. We were terrified. After we had a family member help us get ahold of Dr. Nick, he came in and put her tooth back in. He was so gentle and understanding of her fears and talked to her about what was going to happen and eased her fears to the point she was making jokes with him. Always careful to fully inform me of procedures and outcomes. Options, including any costs, are explained. For those of us who use hearing aids, an assistive hearing system has been installed at the checkout counter and I genuinely appreciate being able to complete this vital step without the confusion of not being able to accurately hear what is being said.
